Refund Policy

The products we sell are primarily consumables and personal intimate items. To protect the interests of you and other consumers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for purchased toys and products unless the items are obviously defective (excluding minor packaging damage that occurs during shipping). Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service via WeChat or email, and we will do our best to answer your queries. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or usage of the product, please contact our customer service directly.

What should you do if you find an obvious defect in the item?

If you discover any obvious defects within 7 days of purchase, such as visible cracks, inability to function properly, or failure to vibrate, please take photos or videos promptly and send them to us. We will verify with the manufacturer and proceed with the return or exchange process if the defect is confirmed. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must include all original components, parts, and packaging, and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

We cannot provide returns or exchanges for damages caused by the buyer’s personal reasons.

如果发现物品存在明显缺陷怎么办?

如果您在购买后的7天内发现物品存在明显缺陷,例如明显破裂、无法正常使用或不能震动等问题,请及时拍摄照片或视频并发送给我们。我们将与生产厂家核实,并在确认为产品缺陷的情况下进行退货或换货处理。为符合退货或换货条件,您的物品必须包含原装的所有物件、零件和包装,并且退货运费由买家自行承担。

对于因买家个人原因导致的损坏,我们无法提供退货或换货服务。
