Delivery Policy

We use AU POST for product delivery. Orders confirmed before 1 p.m. on the same day will be shipped out, and we will send out a shipment confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number. For orders confirmed after 1 p.m., we will provide shipment confirmation and tracking information via email or SMS on the next working day. Once you receive the tracking number, you can track the delivery progress using the AU POST mobile app or official website.

The delivery time for your order depends on your location and the efficiency of Australia Post (AU POST). When checking out, please select your shipping address and choose the delivery method to view the estimated arrival date. Below are the estimated delivery times for different regions. In case of delivery delays, you can contact our customer service team, and we will coordinate with Australia Post to provide you with the reason for the delay and an updated estimated arrival time.

For major cities like New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) (some remote towns may take longer):

  • Standard delivery (1-4 business days)
  • Express delivery (1-2 business days)

For remote areas like Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT):

  • Standard delivery (2-8 business days)
  • Express delivery (2-4 business days)

As long as your order total reaches AUD 69 (including discounted items), you can enjoy free shipping via AU Post. Please select this option at the shipping section. If your order total is less than AUD 69, we also offer discounted express shipping services, which you can choose after confirming your shipping address on the payment page. Shipping fees will be calculated based on your delivery address and the actual shipping cost.
